Our primary purpose is to provide bridge financing to commercial and residential contractors during the construction phase. Additional financing is available for builders involved with spec homes, lot take downs and subdivision developments. Green Lakes has funded over 1000 contracts to builders and remodelers for nearly a decade in Central New York.
