Our quality goal is “zero defects.” The installed sales manager is responsible for your satisfaction regarding the work you are having done. As experienced construction professionals we will verify all labor and workmanship is completed to our, and manufacturers recommended specifications. We have chosen quality manufacturers and brands for the products we recommend. We have established detailed job specifications and procedures, and work with our contractors providing ongoing training. Occasionally, product defects (those not related to workmanship) may need to be corrected by the supplier or manufacturer. We will report the problems, coordinate the repair, and do our best to get the issue resolved as soon as possible. Minor issues can often be handled by our in house service technicians.
